Little Rhody Aquatic Club

The Little Rhody Aquatic Club is one of the most successful swimming clubs in Rhode Island history. The Club offers swimming, diving, and aquatics instruction which allows for each athlete to improve their skills and reach their athletic potential through appropriate technique instruction and training programs.

Club Program

The club team offers a USA Club Swimming program geared toward local, regional and national competition based on the athlete’s age and ability level. Training groups include the Seahorses, Junior and Senior group. An athlete’s group placement is determined by the coaching staff. Club sites include Bryant University, CCRI-Linclon and Providence College.

Masters Program

The Little Rhody Aquatic Club also offers swimming instruction for registered masters athletes or tri-athletes who wish to improve their overall fitness or help reach their athletic potential through appropriate technique and training programs. Please note: LRAC MASTERS is now 6:00-7:15 AM.

The Little Rhody Aquatic Club staff runs the longest running swim camp in Rhode Island history. Our coaches offer proven stroke technique instruction for age group swimmers.
