The Little Rhody Aquatic Club, a member club of USA Swimming,  is one of the most successful swimming clubs in Rhode Island history. The Club offers competitive swimming instruction which allows for each athlete to reach their athletic potential with our emphasis on technique instruction and training programs.  LRAC strives to create an environment which offers each athlete the opportunity to experience athletic, academic, and social growth and enjoy a lifetime of participation in aquatics.
